This is for Leadership Team. We run thebakingtools.com and the past 72 hours in Amravati have damaged our brand—we’re now fielding constant customer calls about delayed parcels because pickups didn’t happen, staff said “no vehicle—self-drop”, and parcels can sit 2–3 days. Between 26–29 Aug 2025 we even cancelled ~200 orders to avoid further disappointment. There’s no fixed pickup window (11:00 AM–8:30 PM), a Hub vs Center blame loop, and no after-hours accountability. All POC are enjoyng holidays with not a single call or email to local office. This is for specially my POC Akash Nishad, Nikita Priyambada & Gauri Ganesh.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during 26–29 Aug 2025. We understand the impact this had on your business and customers. We are taking continous steps to improve our pickup scheduling, staff accountability, and customer communication to ensure such issues don’t happen.
