I am writing this review after using this app for more than a year, and I can confidently say that while the app itself may not have major technical issues, the courier service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Pickup is a complete nightmare. The courier person never arrives during the scheduled slot. Instead, you repeatedly receive false updates claiming “we tried calling you but you were not reachable,” when in reality no call attempt is ever made. This has happened consistently, not once or twice. What makes it worse is that the pickup location is a well-known warehouse address, and they have successfully picked up from the same location multiple times in the past. So the excuse of not being able to locate or contact us simply does not hold. Their warehouse operations are even more frustrating. If you visit in person, you are met with endless excuses like “shipment not manifested,” “system error,” or “we can’t find it in our system.” There always seems to be a new reason to avoid doing the actual job. In one instance, a parcel was kept in their warehouse for more than a week without even initiating shipment. This kind of delay is unacceptable for any business relying on timely deliveries. I have also used their service with Meesho, and the experience there was equally disappointing. Their agents are completely unresponsive when picking up return orders. Multiple times, fake products were accepted from fake customers without any proper verification. As a result, I had to raise repeated claims, which ultimately led to the loss of my Meesho seller account. This is a serious failure in handling returns and protecting sellers. I am writing this after multiple back-and-forth trips to their warehouse just to get my last order shipped. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is shocking. If you are a startup or an established e-commerce business, using this service will cost you your customers and your credibility. This is not just about inconvenience—it directly impacts your business reputation. I strongly DO NOT recommend this courier service. Please stay away and choose responsible courier providers in India if you want to deliver a reliable experience to your customers. I have now moved away from this provider even though I still have balance left in my account. I am willing to lose that money rather than risk losing my customers and my business.
