Gross Incompetence and Zero Accountability I strongly advise all business owners to avoid using this courier service. Their logistics operations and customer support are completely abysmal. They mishandled a shipment of mine worth 7,000, repeatedly changing the tracking status from "lost" to "found" and back to "lost." It has now been over a month, and the package has neither been delivered to my customer nor returned to me (RTO). Attempting to resolve this is a dead end. Their customer support relies entirely on unhelpful, automated emails with zero human intervention. To add insult to injury, they arbitrarily rejected my compensation claim despite holding onto my lost inventory. A logistics company cannot survive with such severe operational failures and a blatant disregard for its sellers. If you value your business and your customers, take your shipping volumes elsewhere.
