I am using their return management services Very Simple, value for money product as compared to other products in the market for the Indian customers .they integrate with delivery/bludart/Ecom Express/Xpressbees and many other shipping partners. UI is basic but nice No error or bugs in the return processing

The support is amazing and they are always there to add relevant changes. The app has all relevant features which are required for a new company to have their own shipping partner rather than going with fixed panels like Shiprocket.

This is a very useful app for stores who uses courier services like Delhiver, Bluedirt etc. It makes the shipping process much easier with bulk operations. The support is timely and responsive.

I've been using this app for the last 3 months, till now performance is very good and pricing compared to others is also less. Overall I would recommend this app, as shipping from this app is very simple.

Very good app which flawlessly lets you fulfill and ship your orders. We have been using it for 3 years now and there has been absolutely no issues. The team is very very helpful and quickly resolves queries if you have any. If you want smooth operations for dispatch of your orders for your ecommerce store, highly recommend this app.

EDIT - 2024 : We've been using this app for 7 years now and are SO happy with it - Jignesh & Chirag just helped us out further - couldn't believe the IMMEDIATE service! Excellent and highly recommend! 2017 : We just integrated the app into our Shopify store and my God, integration was just a one step process! We hit a minor glitch and got in touch with the developers immediately. My mail to them went out at 6:34 pm and I got a response from Rahul at 6:36 pm itself! It's now 7:10 and he got our app working perfectly within just this much time. AWESOME service, Jason - thanks!!! Yet to start using the app but I'm sure it will cut down our team's fulfillment time by a lot. Highly recommend!
