I had a complicated issue that required a few days of back and forth and the team, especially Anna, went above and beyond to assist. They helped make my check out process a breeze on my site and I couldn't believe the fast response and kind patience Anna had with me over several days. The support team's response is very efficient. After searching through many tens of delivery date and time slot app, this app is the best. The best part is, it is free for now. Other apps may be free too but their customer service is non-existant. DinDoong's team members like Anna, Kathy, Mike and more are helpful with the very efficient support when I have questions. This app is highly recommended as their features are easy to use and supports detailed needs for shops.

Great app for letting our customers select delivery date for our flower delivery service. Looks great on our site, simple to use, many options to suit any requirements and is fast loading. Support is fantastic, Anna is lovely, kind and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I used this app to help me program calendar for specific products, found it a bit tricky to use and had an extremely mixed experience with their support team, however Anna was super helpful and sorted the issue immediately, thanks to her my calendar is working properly

Every few months or so a delivery order will sneak through on a day or time that we clearly have no deliveries available. We then either have to refund the customer or scramble to deliver the order to save the sale. It continues to be a problem, Omega continues to fix it but it continues to happen (I think it's happened 4-5 times now). * Updating my review to 4 stars, part of this was on me for not seeing previous communications. I do stand by the fact that this is still not 100% seamless delivery app, sometimes orders can sneak through on dates and times you don't want them to. In this case it was because the app had not been updated.

Been using this app for more than a year and they keep improving the functions in the way that my company is looking for. Simply get my customer to choose the delivery date before processing to the check out page and the date tag will show on the shopify back end. The support team are supportive and always tries their best to fix the problem and answer my questions.

Haven't launched the store yet. Still working out some details, but for a local business that delivers, I think this app is going to be really helpful. Also get quick responses from the support team via the chat function. Anna has been great helping me get the functionality to work the way I want on the product pages. Great support. It is working great now!

After spending so much time searching and trying various "calendar apps", eventually we found DingDoong delivery + pick up. The app is easy to use, and they have excellent and quick service, Anna and Minh were very polite and patient with us, and help us embed the app in our website exactly the way we needed. We highly recommend this app to everyone, don't waste your time on looking for other calendar apps. You won't be disappointed with this one.
