every single change i make need someone from the dev team to fix. Add a postal code, error. Change the price of something... error. Add a category... ERROR. This app has sucked hours and hours of my life trying to fix their coding errors. and now i've been asked to turn off local delivery. LOCAL DELIVERY!! (its then name of the app) 'cuz they conflict with shopify. PLEASE choose another app. i promise you, this app is a disaster.

Im using this App for Pickup purposes. Its very affordable and offers great features and user support. Feature request are taken very seriously to satisfy the customer. Support is always friendly and very fast. There was no problem that couldnt be solved by the support team. Perfect app for my use case. Recommend

I’ve had a great experience with D: Pickup, Local Delivery Date. It’s been especially useful for my store, as it allows customers to select convenient delivery dates, improving overall satisfaction and streamlining the delivery process. It’s a simple yet effective feature that enhances both the customer experience and my store's efficiency. The customer service from Joy has been very helpful as well.

Most importantly - App works as designed. There could be some features that make this app my go to, but those seem like shopify platform restriction. Instructions are very clear with lots of details on documentation. In cases where additional help needed, Support Team (Vincent) was very responsive, helpful and transparent about what can and cannot be done. Very important for us. If the app functionality matches with your requirements this is definitely a great app to consider.

Dingdong truly the best app! It's so easy to use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. When I encountered an issue during installation, their support team went above and beyond to help me out.
