I own a local flowershop and a flower delivery service and this app has really helped with managing orders. Customer support is also helpful and fast to respond :) Highly recommend

Vincent was amazing, for the life of me I couldn’t figure out the API hook up, he patiently walked me through it step by step and resolved my issue! Now I can control my deliveries .. thank you great service

this app is easy to use, user friendly to the customer on my website and looks very minimal and modern on my website. also, great support team. they answer fast and solve issues immediately

The app is suitable for F&B delivery and pickup and the app developer is very helpful whenever I encountered issues that need to be improved. Hope they can do room bookings as well in near future.

We've been searching for a Delivery & Pickup app that allows us to set special rules for some of our products, set delivery cut-off times, and disable certain delivery dates. DingDoong is the only app we saw that suits all our requirements. We also contacted them for help in updating our Order Confirmation email and Order Status page to reflect our customer's chosen delivery date. Anna was so quick to assist us and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this app! Thanks again, team!

Whenever there is an issue, someone gets back to us within a decent timeframe and fixes the issue. Like today, there was an issue with the app and a member of the app team got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue.

A very helpful & useful app for all Shopify owners - a must download for owners who are looking to do scheduled delivery/pickup. App was easy to install & many ways to customise to widget too without any additional charge. Best of all - the developers & DingDoong team (big shoutout to Tracy <3) for being so prompt, nice & patient and more importantly so helpful & efficient to solve an issue which I caused. Am really very grateful & it works perfectly, am immediately on their annual plan with no regrets. Thank you once again Tracy & team behind DingDoong for your hard work!

i would gladly give it a high review. but when i use the app. it actually a paid version and not the free? something is fishy with this. same minute when i installed the app. i got notification that i paid the app. not a trial version. i even deleted the app within the hour too. i can't trust this team. where's my refund. update: i have received their email and sent the refund immediately. i want to suggest them to start it at the free trial instead of the paid options on the approval. on testing apps. website app tests in shopify are all free that's why i approved it without reading. just edit the options for easy trial for all. thanks
