Vincent with customer chat was awesome! He helped me on Christmas Eve! He was clear, professional, quick to respond, and answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend. I have tried several date/time delivery apps and so far this one has worked the best.

Dingdong truly the best app! It's so easy to use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. When I encountered an issue during installation, their support team went above and beyond to help me out. I didn’t expect such friendly and dedicated support. Once you try it, I’m sure you’ll never want to uninstall it. Highly recommend!

I have only just started using it today, so this is about their online service which was very good - they helped me get it set up and responded quickly to the messages. I'm adding this app to Shopify to allow myself to control delivery times and dates for my floristry business.

Been using for about a week now. Good features based on what our shop needs, compared to all other apps, especially considering that it's free for now. Customer service was super prompt to assist with initial setup and very friendly.

UPDATE: Though I appreciated the help I received from the DingDoong team, I ended up uninstalling the app 3 days after my initial review, from frustration. The app is unfortunately VERY limited in features, in the simplicity of setting up the pre-order schedule I needed. I am currently using the Bird Pickup and Delivery app and their features are far better; even with the FREE plan! VERY happy now! **Initial Review** Honestly, the app was initially a bit overwhelming for me, considering I am a one-woman-show, who wears many hats in her business, FT job and personal life, however, there was one particular individual who went OVER AND BEYOND, in patiently assisting me after a loooong day, Joy. :) Joy was an absolute pleasure to chat with, and incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! Perfect name for someone who can just so easily give you a warm glimmer of Joy and pleasantness to your day! GOOD customer service is practically non-existent these days, however, I genuinely appreciate this Team and hope they stay consistent in their customer service to us business-owners, etc! Thank you kindly!

We have a homemade Indian food delivery service in San Jose, CA. The ding doong app is very helpful for us to open the delivery day to our customers as expected by this app. We are very pleased with their quality of product as well as services. This is a phenomenal app- I use Ding Doong to allow customers to select their delivery date (we are a bakery that offers local delivery), and the widget itself is visually pretty, easy to use, and easy to adjust the settings. But what really separates this app is the top notch customer service- they allow you to chat them 24/7 and always reply within 24 hours max. They have helped me through several issues already, and have been absolutely professional, caring, and helpful. I truly feel valued by them!
