I did a lot of research into the wide range of date picker app options out there and (after one false start with another app) landed on DingDoong because it does everything we need. It's impressively flexible. Most notably it allows us to carve out all UK postcodes into separate delivery zones so that we can tag orders with the zone, apply different preparation times and present different delivery dates to our customers depending on where they are in the country. Super useful! Their support team are responsive and helpful (and patient!). Strong recommend.

The technical support is simply 5 stars. Although we haven't installed the app yet, they guided me through the entire testing setup process to make sure it's the solution I need. The support is amazing! Really easy to install the app, and get it up and working on my website. I had a slight issue with the placement of one of the widgets but I reached out to the team via the chat. They were super quick to reply and fixed it there and then :)

We’re using the app for both customized delivery and local same-day delivery. The features are excellent, and the interface is easy to use, which makes it even better. What truly impressed me was the live chat customer support. Even though I’m not a native English speaker and had to communicate slowly through a translator, the support team responded quickly, kindly, and provided clear, detailed solutions. Great app. Team is very helpful it is Saturday night and i though i would have to wait til monday but no! 24/7 support. if you are barely starting i recommend this app. it lets you modify to your likings in detail. if you get stuck on something like i said there is someone to help you right away. highly recommend.
