Really easy to install the app, and get it up and working on my website. I had a slight issue with the placement of one of the widgets but I reached out to the team via the chat. They were super quick to reply and fixed it there and then :)

We’re using the app for both customized delivery and local same-day delivery. The features are excellent, and the interface is easy to use, which makes it even better. What truly impressed me was the live chat customer support. Even though I’m not a native English speaker and had to communicate slowly through a translator, the support team responded quickly, kindly, and provided clear, detailed solutions. Highly recommended!

Great app. Team is very helpful it is Saturday night and i though i would have to wait til monday but no! 24/7 support. if you are barely starting i recommend this app. it lets you modify to your likings in detail. if you get stuck on something like i said there is someone to help you right away. highly recommend.

This app has made a huge difference to how we manage orders. We offer both local delivery and shipping so being able to let customers choose their delivery method and select a date at checkout has been really helpful. The postcode checker is great too with the maps API — it stops people selecting local delivery if they’re not actually in our delivery radius. What I really want to mention though is the support. I’ve used the live chat quite a few times and every single time they’ve been super quick and helpful. They even helped me change the design to better match our website, and even helped me install the maps API. It’s rare to get that kind of service. If you offer local delivery, especially with set delivery zones or date options, I’d definitely recommend this.

I uninstalled the app after a bug caused all checkouts to be blocked, making my store loose out on hundreds of transactions. Shopify support was able to narrow down the issue pinpointing the app as responsible. Ding Doong support was not able to figure out why this was happening even after more than half a day of looking into it. I deleted the app and my checkout page worked fine again. Only install if you want to miss out on sales.

Our team did investigate the issue with urgency, but it’s clear from your experience that we didn’t identify or resolve the root cause quickly enough. DingDoong has been the perfect solution for my small bakery! I have a pretty unique setup with alternating porch pickups and fixed market days, and most other delivery/pickup apps either couldn't support my schedule or made it incredibly confusing to manage. On top of that, other support teams were slow to respond — if they responded at all. DingDoong not only works smoothly with my manual request flow, but their support team was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to customize the widget to match my brand colors. They were the first team that actually listened and worked with me to make the app feel like part of my storefront, not an afterthought. If you're a small business looking for flexibility and real support, I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s been a game changer for us.

This shopify application is a blessing for the stores doing local deliveries. Functionally, this application is a complete package. They have taken care of all sorts of peculiar requirements which a store owner might have. On top of that their support is fantastic.
