The app is great, but their support is where they shine. I worked with Stephane on troubleshooting an issue that was preventing our customers from checking out. It turned out, it had nothing to do with their app and had to do with a third party app - even though this wasn't their area, they still researched it to pinpoint and isolated the issue.
