One of the best apps i found on the app store. very easy to set up and to enable, you can also create rules to use different delivery times for each products, what to say... just perfect and at a very reasonable price

I have tried other dispatch timer apps but all have either struggled to keep time reliably or are far more complex than needed. Delivery Timer still has a couple of features missing preventing it being the 'perfect' dispatch countdown app, but support is efficient and appears to be open to user requests. This app does its job in a flawless and straight forward manner. I have also sent a special request to the team to make it more compatible with multi-lingual stores and they have implemented a modification within a few days. Good communication and service from their team.

Good but expensive based on other apps. Wanted an option to pay yearly but wouldn't do it. Good app otherwise but had some issues with it displaying wrong.

App should be simpler to setup, but it's not. You have to setup a countdown that is "enabled" on weekdays, Sat, Sundays, and shows a "timer past cutoff." Then you go to another section to choose the delivery date where you set the "delivery lead time" in # of "working days." Then you choose the "dispatch days" by selecting each day of the week, and the choose the "active delivery days" by selecting the day of the week. Does this sound intuitive? Sorry, but it's not. This app is a headache, and never seems to show the correct delivery date or cutoff.

This is due to the fact that there are almost infinite combinations that a store can offer. We state clearly in the description that we offer support and assistance with any setup. In this instance I don’t see a request from your store on this occasion but we would have been more than happy to assist. Gave it 2 stars for its ease of setup. Rules kept disabling and being deleted on a daily basis. Was not workable for us.
Our developer is continuing to look into why this may have occurred on the merchants setup and will hopefully resolve any outstanding errors going forward. Kind Regards, Dan. Update: This issue has now been resolved.

Not only an awesome app with a fair price but also an AMAZING SUPPORT! Talk to Dan who took a custom personal request and made it available for me in less than 24 hours with live documentation and helped me thru the process. Just great.

This app does exactly what I need and is very easy to install and customize. I had a minor issue with the Danish translation but the very friendly support solved it right away. Would definitely recommend!

I haven't had this app installed long enough to tell you whether or not the return justifies the cost but I like the overall functionality offered and the support has been top-notch. Very customizable and useful little bit of code. I definitely recommend!
