Cheryl Beck Studios review for Design Packs: Theme Sections

I am a new customer to Design Packs, in fact I am fairly new to creating my own pages. I purchased this product because of one certain pack. When I tried it out, I loved it except it wasn't allowing me to use the page space the way I had hoped. I felt I may have bought too soon and regretted my purchase thinking that I should have explored further. I reached out and received an immediate response from Trudy. I explained my dilemma hoping for advice of how to adjust settings to get closer to what I had envisioned. To be honest I expected the standard reply, "We don't offer those options at this time". Not only did Trudy listen and check out the page I was building, she replied that they could adjust the pack to suit my needs! What?! She said it would take a couple days. The very next morning I received an email saying that it was ready sooner than they expected. The email was complete with all the instructions I needed.
