Works well. Can be a bit glitchy but their support is very easy to use and issues are addressed promptly.

We have been using Desku for quite some time after replacing Freshdesk. Support team is always ready to help and fix things. Email deliverability is good, UI looks polished and professional, and they're coming up with integrated chatbot as well. Highly recommend.
