Very much enjoying the service so far for our chef wear store! The app allows us to our aprons, chef pants and chef jackets to chefs and cooks all over the world for a much more affordable shipping rate. Hopefully we'll be rolling out more country options in the near future with the help of InXpress.

Helpful team and an easy setup process. We use DHL for international shipments and unless you team up with these guys its difficult to offer real-time shipping prices to your customers. We tried adding manual rates to all countries but this is beyond time-consuming. Highly recommend this group.

If you have or want to have International customers then using InXpress is a no-brainer! You get DHL pricing that is far more competitive than going it on your own. By having lower DHL prices you can attract more overseas orders. Their customer service is excellent! They are super responsive and have made the whole experience easy, pleasant, and successful.

If you ship internationally you really need to check out the pricing you can get with InXpress. Saved me over $857 on a single large shipment to the UK.

Inxpress has been great, if not for them we wouldn't use DHL, we made our rep aware of problems that UPS and USPS had with their apps and how they claim there is nothing that can be done to fix the problems and we get an email a month or so later with this app and it solves every problem we had experienced.
