Herwig has provided great support and answered all our questions. The app itself doesn't have the greatest UI and some settings are quite hidden. It would be great if the actual shipping costs or DHL/Deutsche Post invoices could be shown in the app and we wouldn't have to go to the GK and wait for 10 days. Overall the app does what its supposed to do.

Wir nutzen die App seit ein paar Wochen, um die Versandlabels zu erstellen. Es funktioniert alles reibungslos und super einfach. Ein kleineres Problem hatten wir am Anfang, was allerdings ein Anwendungsfehler war. Da hat uns der Support extrem schnell und lösungsorientiert weitergeholfen. Ich kann die App nur empfehlen!

Wie erwartet. Schreckliche App. Wir wollten den Versand in die Schweiz über DHL abwickeln. Wir haben bereits eine eigene Kundenummer. leider erhalten wir nur Fehlermeldungen, egal was wir machen. Die Versandetiketten lassen sich nicht drucken. Service? Natürlich Fehlanteige. Wir haben vorher die GLS App installiert. Optimal. Tatsächlich Plug & Play. Keine Fehlermeldung und eine Mega bebilderte Anleitung. Besser geht es nicht. Das DHL Angebot ist dagegen mangelhaft. Wir haben die App jetzt wieder gelöscht. Das macht keinen Spaß und die App ist daher auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Aber, tatsächlich bin ich nicht überrascht und hatte etwas kompliziertes erwartet, was dann auch erfüllt wurde.

sehr schnelle Installation und Einrichtung der App, hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten Versandetiketten zu erstellen, da ich immer auf den falschen app-Link im backend geclickt habe. Technischer Support konnte das Problem schnell lokalisieren und mir den entscheidenden Tipp geben. Danke Hr. Brunner
