Tolle und vor allem kostenlose App, die im Vergleich nicht noch zusätzlich Geld zu den Portokosten verlangt Alles funktioniert super und wenn man doch mal ein Problem hat, hilft der Kundenservice. Lediglich ein Stern Abzug weil mir drei Funktionen fehlen: - das manuelle erfassen von Sendungen ohne Bestellung - das man pro Bestellung mehrmals Versandetiketten erstellen kann, z.B. wenn man nach einem Umtausch eine zweite Sendung versenden muss - das Umkehren von Absende und Empfänger (Retoure Modus), was für Rücksendungen ganz praktisch ist, da diese Methode bei kleinen Paketen günstiger ist Diese Abstriche nehmen wir aber gerne in Kauf dafür, dass die App kostenlos ist. Für diese Fälle nutzen wir dann einfach direkt das DHL Geschäftskundenportal.

Sobald man sich etwas reingelesen hat, ist fast alles selbsterklärend. Bei technischen Fragen hat der DHL Tech Support super schnell und freundlich geantwortet und direkt eine Lösung gefunden.
