Schade, dass die Portokasse nicht mehr zu Anbindung zur verfügung steht, daher ist die App für mich nicht mehr nutzbar. ich gebe trotzdem 3 Sterne, denn in der Vergangenheit hat es gut funktioniert.
Hallo, unser Support-Team hat bereits direkt Kontakt mit Ihnen aufgenommen, um Sie bei der App-Nutzung zu unterstützen. Leider gab es bei der Portokasse Internetmarke eine Umstellung der Schnittstelle, was das Verhalten ausgelöst hat. Das wurde aber bereits behoben.
All good but if you are facing the problem that you cannot find how to buy the proprietary shipping labels such as 910-300-710 or whatever labels you have it is because it is not on the Order page from Shopify. You need to go to: Order >>> More Actions >>> Create Label (DHL app logo) >>> Scroll Down >>> Choose the correct shipping method >>> Click on Create Shipment button at the very bottom. It was not clear to me at first but in case that anyone faces the same problem maybe this finds its reader. Thanks!
