Hi, I encounter some problem when creating label. The error codes are as follows: Hard validation error occured. [CreateLabelPaket.PaketAPI-1101] Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt. Can you please tell me how to solve it? I found the problem is realted to include return label.

Thank you for your feedback, the problem was that you used the service enclosed return laben in the creation process, that wasn't available in your DHL Account. Therefore you got the error. Tho enable this feature, please contact the DHL Sales Team
