Nordqvist Tea review for Post & DHL Shipping (official)

The app is broken and nonfunctional as it does not accept a customer number over 10 digits long. DHL/Deutsche Post is claiming this is Shopify issue and Shopify is saying it is not for them to fix as this app has not been developed by Shopify. There is no ETA on when it will be fixed.
