DON'T USE DHL! A package to a customer arrived completely torn up. The packaging was new and the content was packed according to DHL standards. The value of the content was about 500€ and arrived irreparably broken. After sending full documentation DHL has repeatedly in unprofessional ways denied damage compensation. The contact we had with DHL was rude with even yelling at us on the phone. We have been on this case for 3 weeks, have to use a lawyer to receive the damage compensation and are now in a court process against DHL. So far it has costed us a lot of time and lawyer costs.
