Llevamos aproximadamente 2 meses usando esta app y estamos muy contentos con los resultados. La app es muy sencilla de utilizar y nos han ayudado mucho. Además nos envían informes cada mes que nos ayudan mucho a mejorar las fichas de producto. La recomendamos!

Nous avons installé Dialog sur notre boutique il y a quelques semaines et, très honnêtement, ça a été une excellente surprise. La mise en place est simple, l’outil est intuitif, et l’IA répond de façon fluide et naturelle aux questions de nos clientes. On sent vraiment que ça rassure et accompagne au bon moment dans le parcours d’achat. Au-delà de la techno, c’est surtout l’équipe derrière qui fait la différence. Mention spéciale à Paul-Arthur !
