However, buried in fine print was a vague disclaimer stating that additional fees *may* apply for accounts managing more than one store — yet **no specific amount was disclosed**. This lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but potentially constitutes **deceptive business practice**. As a result, I was unexpectedly charged **$289 USD** without any prior clear notification or consent. This is particularly frustrating given that I am already paying a separate monthly subscription fee of over **100 RMB** through their ERP system. The cumulative financial impact is significant, and I feel misled on multiple fronts. I strongly urge the development team and customer support to take this matter seriously. Hidden charges with undisclosed amounts are unacceptable and may violate consumer protection regulations. I am formally requesting an **immediate full refund** of the $289 charge, and I reserve the right to escalate this matter through appropriate legal channels if it is not resolved promptly.
