We are still in the process of setting up our store, and the Dibs installment payment feature is exactly what we needed. The support team helped us quickly разобраться in everything that was unclear and gave us very helpful advice — in fact, much more detailed and extensive than we could have expected. You can really feel that the team genuinely cares about helping and making sure the issue is resolved properly. Highly recommended!

great customer support, i had an issue which i just couldn't solve. Barath was super helpful, he sorted out my issue and explained it to me and how to do things in the future. I would recommend using the team for any issues. many thanks

Great app and outstanding support! The widget layout didn’t display correctly with my theme by default, so I contacted support via chat. They responded quickly and fixed the issue almost immediately. Super helpful and efficient team, highly recommend this app.

Recommend this app as it got a simple deposit function up and running well with the customisation we needed. Really great experience with the support team of this app. They patiently went through everything with me and got the app working exactly as I wanted.
