This app has been absolutely essential for managing our pre-orders and backorders seamlessly. The setup was straightforward, and the features - especially the partial payment and deposit options - work flawlessly right out of the box. It has already helped us capture sales we would have otherwise lost during product launches and stockouts. I also want to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Subiksha from Logbase support. We are still in the process of setting up our store, and the Dibs installment payment feature is exactly what we needed. The support team helped us quickly разобраться in everything that was unclear and gave us very helpful advice — in fact, much more detailed and extensive than we could have expected.
