Wonderful support by Theo! I started a chat and he almost immediately came online to respond. His responses were the most enthusiastic and warm (shout out to his cute bear friend too ), it is rare but it was actually an enjoyable chat. App-wise, it is intuitive to set up, not cluttered and seems to do its job. Thank you :)
