I installed this app expecting fair and transparent pricing, but it turned out to be very misleading. The pricing plans clearly list storage and downloads, yet they completely omit any mention of bandwidth limits — one of the most important factors for apps like this. When I asked support about it, they admitted that every plan is limited to 1TB of bandwidth per month, and any usage beyond that is charged extra. This information is not displayed anywhere on the pricing page, only hidden in their “policy” section, which most users will never read before subscribing. This is deceptive. Shopify’s rules require that all usage-based limits (like bandwidth, storage, or API calls) be clearly stated before purchase, not discovered after you’ve already paid. Their support tried to justify it by saying it’s a “fair use policy” and not a scam — but hiding extra costs in fine print is the definition of a lack of transparency. Shopify should review this app immediately for compliance and misleading pricing practices. I do not recommend this app to anyone until they fix this and make their bandwidth policy clearly visible in the plan descriptions.

DO NOT download this app. Was charged $2660 USD in bandwidth fees with ZERO notifications telling me I had gone over. I was paying 54.99 a MONTH I didnt even know what bandwidth was or that I had gone over by 111TB!!!!! Leo will be in touch with my legal team If this is not resolved. Edit: In reply to Leo's comment: I cancelled the subscription on Jan 8th... If you take a look at the screenshot attached the "52" emails they sent me you can see that 90% of them were sent AFTER I unsubscribed... and I cannot seem to find the emails sent on Dec 21st in my inbox? Not even in Spam or Junk?... Their support is terrible. The chat Icon in the bottom right of the Shopify app doesn't even work. There is no chatlog. When you hit enter after typing it just resets and you have to check your email to see their replies and then enter your response back into the chat box on the app without even seeing the log LOL. When downloading this App I was fine with paying the $0.023 per download after 100TB. That would equal to roughly $2.00 per download on the product I was selling (I sold it at $50, product was 95gb) What I was not aware of is that they dont have a download limit or anywhere to edit it so people cant share the link?? A product a user was supposed to download once ended up being downloaded roughly 10-20 times... Do yourself a favour and stay away from this App. I pay $800 per year and have a 200gb limit with 50gb worth of files to attach to each product. Thanks!

This is exactly the price our hosting provider charged us, and legally, we're not allowed to sell a service at a loss. It's called 'the law'. PPS. At the time of this writing, I charge $0.023/GB (above 1TB..) and competitors charge anywhere from $1/GB (skypilot : https://ibb.co/0Vf2XxT ) to $0.075/GB ( filemonk : https://ibb.co/68w4ZM1 ). So i'm 3x to 40x cheaper than others. *this is on top of a BIG RED BANNER on his dashboard saying '🚨 WARNING YOU'RE ABOVE THE 1,000GB THRESOLD, CONTACT US IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS WARNING'

Doesnt work as good as others. The downloads dont show at checkoutpage, and the email send it to spam. Maybe they have great support idk, i expect an app to be usable straight away without any support

Hi there. Leo speaking, the app founder. If you're a legit review, i want to let you know it works without needing any support, you simply have to enable one setting on Shopify so people can download the files they've purchased right after checking out. In fact you've got several ways to do that (they will all work). 1st option : go on your theme editor and edit your "thank you page". From there you can add an app block. Add this app block. 2nd option : go on your theme editor and edit your "status" page. From there, add the app block too. 3rd option : go in your Shopify settings then click on Checkout. From there, you can enable the 'post purchase' page which is another different page where people would have the opportunity to download. If you do all 3 things AND if you enable the emails, then your customers will have 4 changes to download your files. Everything is built-in Shopify and has to be enabled on Shopify and the support is only there to guide you on how to do that (but if you already know how to use Shopify its pretty straightforward). This being said, honestly, i'm not sure this person is a genuine person. It really looks like some competitor paid someone to leave a 1-star review on my app. Reason behind that? At the time I'm writing this reply, he left bad reviews on my app and on Shopify official app which are #1 app and #2 app for keywords such as "digital product" on the app store.
