The customer service provided by this company was unexpectedly excellent—in the best possible way. There are countless file apps to choose from, and I initially picked this one for its technical features. However, I’ve been even more impressed by the company’s responsiveness. As long as they continue offering this level of customer service, they’ll have a customer for life in me.
