I had issues with one of my digital products custom links not being able to be deleted to only show the new updated link. The rep, Bangash, helped me fix the issue. I found another issue after I finished my chat when him and he assisted me again right away to fix that issue. Great customer service. The app needs some improvement, but it does what is needed for my small amount of digital products.
