Excellent Support and Willingness to Improve I've been using the Digitally app to deliver digital files for my online courses, and while there were a few bumps getting things working exactly as needed, the customer support has been excellent throughout. Bangash was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to improving the experience for both me and my customers. They took the time to fix multiple issues (including the pesky "Default Title" and name field display) and were open to feedback about new features. When I asked about a "Download All" option to make things easier for my course participants, they not only said yes—but also committed to adding the feature within a couple of days. That kind of responsiveness really stands out.
