The operation is very simple. I just started using it. The customer service responded promptly. I hope it can continue to provide good service.

I really enjoyed this app when there was the option to use it for free - the post-purchase customizations were all so cute and happy! I especially loved the confetti and the note from the shop owner to display on the order confirmation page. But now it's $29.99 per month regardless of sales volume; and since I only receive a couple of orders per month at this point, that expense is completely unjustifiable for me now :(
Dinosell has recently introduced a pricing plan after being free for 2 years. As we focus on continuous improvement based on user feedback, the growth of our platform and the addition of additional features and services have led us to implement pricing. Hello, We greatly appreciate your feedback and the positive sentiments expressed regarding the features of our free version, particularly the delightful post-purchase customizations, such as confetti and the personalized note from the shop owner. We understand that the recent introduction of a pricing plan may raise concerns, and we genuinely value your perspective on this matter. The decision to implement pricing comes as a result of our commitment to continuous improvement, driven by user feedback. The growth of our platform and the integration of additional features and services have necessitated this strategic shift. Regrettably, at present, we no longer offer a free plan for Dinosell. To ensure uninterrupted access to our app, we kindly request your acceptance of the new pricing plan. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and assure you that we remain dedicated to providing a valuable and enhanced user experience. In an effort to address your concerns proactively, I personally reached out to our team to explore the possibility of offering a discounted pricing plan tailored to your needs. Recommended the app to a couple of ecommerce stores - thats how much I like it! Love the widgets to collect birthday which integrates with Klaviyo, and how easy it is to customise the Thank you page. Just set up UPSELLwidget - hope it generates sales! Great support too!

It's my first time trying this kind of app and I must say I'm surprised ! Allow you to create a very personalized and fun thank you page which will put the lights on your brand compared to your competitors. Customer service is amazing, thank you and keep up !

Great support, great app. You can edit the thank-you page to fit your needs. You can also add upsells, cross-sells and give a discount for next orders. Had some issues but them team solved it quickly.

Can't even open the app, it just loads until it says "Error while authentication" or "bad gateway". Useless thing.

I tried Dinosell because it was the cheapest (well, free) app for reconverting customers after they checkout. It was pretty good but I didn't like the branding, so I went to a different app. Oh boy, the other app was terrible user experience and support. So I came back to Dinosell and asked if branding could be removed. Anand from Dinosell removed it in seconds after I asked, and now the checkout experience looks absolutely amazing. My favourite part is the little confetti! Thanks team. Definitely sticking with you guys now.

Dinosell offers good potential but you need to contact customer support to change the default settings in CSS. 'Powered by Dinosell' on each individual widget is not shown on the app preview. Default graphics and font sizes could do with toning down to give great first time impressions.
Hello Actually, all the issues you mentioned are resolvable. But I checked with all the customer support agents and found out that you haven't contacted us. 1. The Dinosell branding can be removed. Since we have not introduced a pricing plan for Dinosell we are giving the premium version for free for a limited period of time. 2.The circle graphics in the discount code box can be removed using additional CSS. 3. The size of the discount code text can be changed using additional CSS. We have provided provision in all widgets to add additional CSS for design requirements. This app is honestly the best. It does what every other Post Purchase Upsell app does, but for free! Customer support is responsive, there are a ton of customization options, there are no bugs. It takes just a few minutes to show up on the checkout page. I love it!
