Customer service is RUDE! To say the least. I upgraded my plan from free to the mid level and paid. Within about 15 mins I realised I needed to upgrade to the next top level and tried to do this. Problem was, they were trying to charge me the whole amount AGAIN. For the BOTH levels. I contacted support and they pretended to not understand. Days later I contacted them again and they said they would look into it. That was weeks ago now and no reply :( Furthermore, the country blocker still lets visits in (which is what their FAQs say) .. but now I am getting abandoned carts and checkouts from countries I have blocked! Once again, I reached out to the very rude customer service and they just said "as our FAQ's say, it will still show on your reports". When I stated I knew this but they are now getting into the carts and checkout, customer support ignored my message :0 Unprofessional to say the least! Better to find another app with helpful staff ..
