Absolutely amazing support – I honestly don’t even know where to start! From the very first moment, the team responded incredibly fast and was immediately there to help. Not only did they reply right away, but they also provided a clear and effective solution straight away. On top of that, they took the time to explain everything in detail and guided me through the whole process step by step. You can really feel that they care about their users and go above and beyond to make things work. I genuinely can’t emphasize enough how great the support experience was – easily one of the best I’ve ever had with any app! Highly recommended

Discount Genie is an amazing app and an even more impressive support and development organization. We have an (apparently) complex standard discounting scenario. Once I realized that it couldn't be accomplished natively in Shopify I spent weeks going through demo after demo with apps that ultimately couldn't meet our needs. After one inquiry to Shopstack they quickly arranged a call and not only told me that our scenario could be accomplished but literally showed me live in the app. Recently we found some unexpected behavior with a new promotion and the team responded with an all hands on deck approach to make sure we got sorted. They quickly zeroed-in on showing me how to correct the set-up mistake that I had made and that was it. They then spent time educating me and my team on other features we might want to take advantage of and how to improve and streamline our existing discounts with a number of tips and tricks. Even a peek into upcoming releases! The team's enthusiasm for their work really comes through in the fit, finish, and functionality of this app. Really one of the best on the platform.

Great interaction with Cust Service Rep, Aaron. Had a complex discount issue other apps couldn't see to work. This one see to be the one. So far so good!

Incredible app, have used a number of discount apps in the past. This is the most user friendly and support is incredible (& freindly). Not that I expect it....but support was even incredible on the weekend!
