We were looking for a discount app which fits all our use cases. Discount Genie replaced 2 other apps. Functionality that was missing was promptly built into the app by Aaron and his team. We installed this app just before last Black Friday period and it worked flawlessly. The dev team are very responsive if I've had any questions. We'd planned to only use it during sales periods but since then we've setup a lot of other discounts, upsell offers by the use of codes. Great app.

There are a lot of apps out there that want to charge you an insane amount for very few features, but Discount Genie has everything we've wanted and need and more! Aaron has been extremely helpful in getting us set up, and keeping us in the loop when features they were working on had come out that originally sold us. I'd recommend this app to anybody who is looking to upgrade their discount and coupon usage for their store!

Gives us the discounting flexibility we needed. Specifically discounts by customer segment and/or Tag. The capability and functionality was great, but what put them over the top was their customer support. Communication was fantastic and issue resolution was high level (even solutioning over the weekend). Added confidence we made the right choice.

Very powerful features, with extensive capabilities for making very specific and precisely-targeted discounts. The team was very supportive in creating a discount we needed, working through examples and demos and adding a new feature to one of the discount types to enable our use case. They even extended our free trial because they were taking longer than they expected.
