This app has compatibility issue with a wholesale app we use, and caused the wholesale order having discount code auto-applied, and resulted in big lost on us. We uninstalled the app and still found in some circumstance it would happen again. We hired developer to look into it and was told there were legacy code from the app causing trouble. We need to remove all the legacy code from this app, however we have no how to contact them (hence has to write a review) or any support document available for our developers. Hi team, could you please kindly reach out to us and help remove the legacy code from your app? Thank you!
Dear Gioia Wall Art, we're absolutely understand your concerns. Incompatibility with other apps may happen sometimes. However, our app uses theme extensions which doesn't leave any legacy code in your theme files after uninstallation. Once you uninstall the app all storefront is cleared. Our team always help to resolve urgent issues within hours and you always may find the support email address on the app listing page or inside the app. Unfortunately, we haven't got any requests from you apart from this review.

This is the best app on the market for showing discounts in the cart. It's very easy to use and very reasonably priced. The guys at Syncube, especially Arthur, have been amazing with requests I've made for personal tweaks. I would highly recommend this app and any app developed by Syncube.

Super nice customer service! And they solves problems super quickly. We had issue about translation to other language - they solved it in less than a few days. Great job! The app is absolutelly great, support everything we need about promo codes in eshop.

worked at the beginning but for some reason, this app stopped working. I lost about 150 orders... would not recommend

I started using this app because of a specific issue in my store where customer could not see proper application of discount code. Dcart solved my problem specifically and even when I was facing some issue regarding total numbers being shown incorrectly, I reached out to the support team and Arthur fixed my issue in no time. Never seen such a responsive team. Great job! Definitely recommend this to everyone

Nous avons demandé des modifications spécifiques suite à la réalisation d'une fonctionnalité par un dévelopeur tiers, et avons fait quelques A/R pour valider le fonctionnement et la comptabilité avec DCart. Ils ont été très réactifs, je recommande vivement.

EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently ran into some issues with this app which caused quite some challenges on our end. I contacted support and have been extremely impressed with: 1. The speed of their response time. Typically you have to sit around waiting for ages before anyone cares to get back to you. Not these guys! They were super quick to respond and immediately looked into the problem I we presented them with. 2. Their willingness to go back and forth until the problem was eventually solved. Often app developers get very frustrated after going back and forth and pointing out multiple things that need to be addressed. Not these guys! They remained professional and friendly and kept making iterations until the issue was resolved. The app is working great and meets all of our requirements. Thank you for your help and support
