Discount Kit stands out for how genuinely flexible their configuration options are. It's saved me significant dev time across multiple client builds. What really sets them apart though is their support. I requested a specific feature for a client use case, and they implemented it within a week. I've never seen that kind of turnaround from an app team. It's clear they're actually listening to developers, not just merchants. Highly recommend to any Shopify dev working at scale.

The app works well overall and the support team has been very helpful. One challenge has been the limitation on how many discount cards can be active at one time, which has made things a bit difficult for us. The B2B toggle also automatically sets to B2B + B2C, which is something we have to monitor closely. While I understand that the tags on the discount card must exactly match the customer tags, it can be tricky — even an extra space before or after a tag will prevent it from working, and this isn’t always easy to spot. Overall, the app works great and we appreciate the helpful support.

Their team went above and beyond, spending the entire evening troubleshooting alongside our developer to identify the root cause of an issue — which turned out to be related to unpublished collections rather than the discount logic itself.
