Discount Kit has become a crucial tool across our online store at Petals & Paperie. Sammy and the rest of the team offer incredible support, making the set up of complex discount requirements a breeze. They're also very open to feedback and new features, allowing us to scale with confidence as we introduce new features and requirements to our discounting solutions. We needed a way to handle discounts for both D2C + B2B use cases with the ability to allow for custom creations and unique scenarios. After testing several options, Discount Kit came out on top. We love how easy it is to target automatic and code-driven discounts by leveraging customer tags. Discount Kit even added logic upon our request to further strengthen targeting. They took the time to understand our needs and supported us before, during, and after our website migration from Magento to Shopify. Highly recommend if you need deep functionality, flexibility with rules, and responsive, thoughtful support.

We recently installed Discount Kit and have been extremely impressed. The support team is incredibly responsive - they not only guided us through setup but even released a patch to support our use case of targeting new customers and those without a speific tag. The documentation is clear and helpful, and the overall experience has been excellent. This app is a must-have for any store running both B2B and D2C on the same storefront. The customer targeting features are spot on, and the custom discount controls are fantastic, allowing us to mix and match discounts across orders and shipping in one. Highly recommend: it’s an essential extension to Shopify’s native discounting capabilities.

Discount Kit solved a real need for us to be able to discount differently across variants. The team was extremely responsive when we were onboarding. In addition went above and above with support over a long weekend while we were preparing for massive sale. The app feels truly like an extension to Shopify. We've just scratched the surface with what we can do with the application and can't wait to see what else it can unlock for us.
