Outstanding support and an incredibly flexible app. We needed to run a VIP pre-access sale with dynamic pricing and the team helped us configure everything exactly the way we needed. Their guidance made it possible to apply customer-specific pricing seamlessly without duplicating products or creating complex discount structures. What really stands out is how responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented the support team is — they’ve helped us multiple times and always go the extra mile. The app works well overall and the support team has been very helpful. One challenge has been the limitation on how many discount cards can be active at one time, which has made things a bit difficult for us. The B2B toggle also automatically sets to B2B + B2C, which is something we have to monitor closely. While I understand that the tags on the discount card must exactly match the customer tags, it can be tricky — even an extra space before or after a tag will prevent it from working, and this isn’t always easy to spot. Overall, the app works great and we appreciate the helpful support.

We’ve had a great experience working with Discount Kit. Their team went above and beyond, spending the entire evening troubleshooting alongside our developer to identify the root cause of an issue — which turned out to be related to unpublished collections rather than the discount logic itself. Overall, very professional, technically strong, and solution-oriented. Highly recommended.

Discount Kit makes executing sales channel specific codes super easy! The team is also readily available to answer any questions. A great tool for an omnichannel business!

The team at discount kit has helped me more than any other shopify app has before. They helped me build out custom discount codes that shopify plus support told me wasn't even possible. Our business is able to do things we didn't think was possible because of this app.

Awesome - Would be even better if you could copy discounts between stores. Other than that, this is one of the best Shopify Apps I know of.
