Pricey and glitchy. Created a 'whole store' rule by mistake. Disabled it but when I created the correct new rule the system was hanging. Told by support that it would take up to 24 hours to clear the wrong rule and create the correct rule.

It's a mystery why bulk discounts isn't a standard feature on Shopify but luckily this app does the job.

A little pricey, but works great! No issues and great support! Saves me a lot of time from having to reprice items.

Very simple and get the job done. I miss the option to create discounts with specific amount rather then just percent.

This app worked perfectly to handle our daily holiday season sales. What we particularly liked was that since this app actually changes product prices in the store (as opposed to just being a discount applied at checkout), products that were targeted have a SALE banner (customizable), applied. Gives products that little bit of additional bait. Also loved that discounts could be scheduled, saving us a ton of daily work. Great product, great tool.

Used for black friday promotion. Really simple to use and worked well. Would be fab to see a preview of the sale as I had to hope that it work work when scheduled.

There are a lot of quirks with this app. You would expect to enter 40% in the discount field and it would calculate 40% off. Instead, it MULTIPLIES by .4, which is 60% off. I could get used to that, but then it applies an ADDITIONAL discount to the sale price if something is already on sale, rather than replacing the sale price. It also takes a long time to run with a database of nearly 10,000 products. The app might be fine if you can get used to it's quirky rules, but it was not for us. We literally sold some products at a loss before we realized what it was doing. Documentation also weak.

This app is great! Was able to do the exact kind of discounts that we wanted. In just a moment, we put out entire store on sale, without having to do each item individually. Highly recommended!

Crashed and remained unresponsive, leaving my site dangling without the Black Friday sale that was scheduled. My site was left with a ton of shoppers not finding anything on sale, and leaving. What a disappointment.

Not cheap, and stopped working just before BFCM. I'm now left frantically trying to find an alternative, and out of pocket for money spent on this app.

Really easy to use app, great to be able to upload your own sale tag design and start and stop sales with a simple click. The customer support is fantastic, these guys have more than earned their fee simply by the amount of assistance they have given us in setting things up the way we want them. Thank you!

Bulk Discounts & Sales Scheduler is fantastic. The App makes life easier when dealing with plenty of sale items on my website. The sales price will revert to normal price after campaign finished. You will also need to install Sales Countdown Timer Bar as well, it will work along with this App very well. It is a perfect combination. The most important thing is that Customer Support Team is there with immediate service responded. Highly recommended.......

The app works well and I would use it again. The UI is simple and intuitive. The one improvement that could be made is making all the product thumbnails a fixed height to preserve list readability.

at the first I don’t think this app would make a difference to my store because we have high number of option and deferent suppliers in every products... but I was wrong I find it reliable, easy and great support team that helps you beyond your expectations

We downloaded this app originally to execute a Black Friday Sale, and decided to keep it year round. We did hit a few snags with uploading on BF midnight, BUT the customer service and tech support were so kind and helpful. We managed to get everything up and running, and our BFCM sale was a HUGE success. Would highly recommend!

Completely failed me on Black Friday. No scheduled discount activated, and while live chat support was responsive, had to refer the issue to dev support, from whom I didn't receive a response until late the next day. Spent the next four hours manually activating each discount within Shopify as I had customers waiting online for the sale to begin. If I had not been up (midnight sale launch) and not seen the issue until morning, it would have resulted in at least $1500 of lost sales. I appreciate there was congestion due to the major sale weekend, and I was activating a few hundred products, but if after 30 minutes of the sale beginning nothing is on sale... the app has failed. Further, the interface for this app is clumsy. Should a product need to be moved from one discount level to another there is no display of which sale level it can be found in. A drag and drop across multiple sales, or at worst, allow a product to be de-activated from within any sale (not locked up as 'Used') would save a lot of time. Waste of money, and nearly cost me a LOT!
