I was struggling to find a solution to having LOOX discount comes combine with my bundle discounts. Dr Stacked Pro Plan was able to resolve this issue. This program seemed a bit complex at the beginning, but Jade from customer support was amazing. Jade was able to set everything up for me to get me exactly what I needed. After extensive testing it truly solved my issues. Dr Stacked Discounts picked up the slack where LOOX dropped the ball.

We were looking for an app that allows us to have volume discounts for a certain product collection, and also apply discount codes to that same discount collection. This app allows us to do that, is easy to install and set up, and the customer service is very responsive and helpful! Would recommend!

This is a great app with fantastic support. I had some very specific installation issues, but Jade was so helpful that they were fixed as soon as they opened for business. Their app fixes the issue of charging shipping based on the discounted price, not the pre-discount price - so a huge thumbs up from us! UPDATE: I needed some extra modifications and they were implemented quickly and made a massive improvement to our pop-up. Thank you.

Nothing like this app on shopify app store. The versatility is amazing, making my carts look sleek and allowing for all sorts of customisation in the discounts sector. Had an issue with it coming onto a new theme of mine and they instantly solved it! A next level app & next level CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I gave up trying to make this app work for my members. Tried their support and after days of back and forth getting generic information that was not helpful for my issue I have given up. The discounts worked sometimes but usually didn't.

So far i am very pleased with how the app works. They have very quick support, and i'm very happy with the support given. They were able to address and fix my concerns very quickly. I would recommend giving the app a shot.

This is an amazing app! 10/10 and the customer service is immediate. I had one issue and they reached out with support in less than a business day. Toby was extremely helpful and personable, which isn’t always the case in customer service.

Best customer support experience. App wasn't working because of an issue with my theme, and within 5 minutes of emailing Yavor fixed it and now everything is working correctly. Highly recommend.

Downloaded this app because our current add on app doesn't support discount codes. Works amazing. Bit confusing to set up but the help I received was great and got the app running. Works perfect. Able to set it on particular products or cart page. Very handy!!
