Snapdragon Designs review for Dlvvr

I WAS super happy with this company when we started with them...now NOT SO MUCH. No one returns calls & they come when they feel like it...so same day to our customers isn't same day. I wish someone would call me back - I've tried dozens of times so maybe this review will spurr someone one to improve customer service.
