Outer Layer review for Dlvvr

This company used to be great - we've been using them since early 2021 - but they have fallen apart recently. They have been late with deliveries several times in recent weeks. This past week we had three orders that were supposed to be delivered on Friday, and they still hadn't been picked up by the end of day on Saturday. One person cancelled their order and we delivered the other two ourselves on Sunday. And all of this was with no communication from Dlvvr as to what was going on. They don't respond on their support chat and all calls go to voicemail and don't get returned. It's very unfortunate. I've removed their app from my store. They've caused us a lot of stress!
