This app is trying to do too many things at once, which makes it overly complicated to use. It feels like sitting in a plane’s cockpit—there are buttons everywhere, the language is too technical, and there’s a serious lack of clear explanations. It's really frustrating

Our goal has always been to offer powerful features for advanced discounting while still being user-friendly, and we’re actively working to improve clarity and guidance within the app. That said, we’d like to clarify a few things: We offer free onboarding support and consulting calls, but unfortunately, we never received a request or response from you - neither via the in-app support nor through our official email. It appears the app was used for less than 20 minutes during the generous 14-day free trial, which makes it difficult to evaluate its full potential. To show our commitment, we even extended the trial period, but again, we didn’t hear back. We’re always here to help, and had we connected, we would’ve gladly walked you through everything step-by-step.
