The app is pretty easy to use. The developers are very accommodating in answering our questions and providing what is possible to address our needs. Still a pretty basic app for basic discounting needs but if you need basic, I think this is enough.

This was a great app. Easy to install. Easy to manage and worked well. We stopped using only because we developed our own e-comm platform and stopped using Shopify. I recommend this app.

After checking other shopify discount apps I found Dollarlabs which finally works for us. Highly recommend this company. I just had the best support experience with Abel!, he went above and beyond, incredibly knowledgeable and resolved my issue in minutes.

We have been using Dollarlabs for a few months now and it has been working very well for us. We have some complex requirements and so far Dollarlabs has met every one. While the product is great, the support we have received is exceptional. Dollarlabs has collaborated with our other app vendors to introduce custom functionality to our store and Dollarlabs also diagnosed and fixed an issue with our theme that was not their code. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Dollarlabs.

Hands down the best support I’ve ever experienced on Shopify. The DollarLabs support team is next level. Super friendly, incredibly patient, and genuinely committed to solving every issue — no matter how complex it is. They didn’t just answer my questions; they went above and beyond, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made sure I fully understood the setup. I’ve never had such a helpful experience with a Shopify app before. The app itself works flawlessly, but the real highlight is the team behind it. The app is just what we needed. Giving the opportunity to create shopify functions without the hassle of having to code. They are super responsive and helped me create a discount that wasn't available when we installed the app. Also, they guided us on how to create another discount. If you are looking for an app that applies discounts at the checkout without having to rely on widgets, this is your app. 10/10 would recommand.

These guys are amazing! They helped us: - Show discounted prices on PDP if there's an active discount - Apply automatic discount if landing on a specific URL - Set up complex discount code setups (same coupon code, but 20% off for singles, 30% off for bundles) + they did it all in like 1 day or so. So if you need any help with setting up complex discounts or showing the prices on site with active discount code then Dollarlabs will take good care of you!

This app is extremely good and addresses my use cases exceptionally well. The other part to know is support, when they say they provide support, the team (abel) most certainly do, best part is they are quick, just about real time. For Australian stores, if you are exposed to Support at Home or NDIS funding models and need a discount solution to remain compliant this is the App for you

This app goes far deeper into customized discounts than the majority of Shopify discount apps, even touching upon custom metafields, tags, and much more. I had to chat with support during my trial version, and they provided me a custom solution via video that solved my problem. Great support. Great app! Highly recommended!

We used the app to set up a promotion where a free product is automatically added when a discount code is applied at checkout. The setup was smooth and worked perfectly. If you need help contact support and ask for Abel, he was super helpful. He helped us set up the offer flawlessly.

Dollarlabs has been seamless. It effortlessly handles complex discount scenarios that are often not possible with the native Shopify setup. On top of that, the support really stood out to us as Abel goes above and beyond to deliver such good service. They’re also constantly improving the app, taking feedback from users and adding new features to make it even better. Highly recommended app

The Dollarlabs app was integral to executing our recent summer sale. We were looking for a way that customers could input 1 discount and it would apply different percentages depending on the product type or category, but didn’t find a solution. I was very happy to find this app. Lesle and the Dollarslabs team were extremely helpful to test and optimize our discounts and pushed 2 code changes to help us out within 24hrs! I would highly recommend for any complex cart or discount needs.

Amazing app, great support team. I was trying to do something a little difficult and had installed 8 other apps to try to solve my use case without any luck (specifically, trying to set a discount that is automatically applied for any items in a specific collection, if and only if a specific product was in the customer's cart). This is the only app that was able to solve this, and Lesle jumped on a video call with me to help me solve it as quickly as possible. The interface may seem unintuitive, but the capabilities are unmatched.
