The Dollarlabs app was integral to executing our recent summer sale. We were looking for a way that customers could input 1 discount and it would apply different percentages depending on the product type or category, but didn’t find a solution. I was very happy to find this app. Lesle and the Dollarslabs team were extremely helpful to test and optimize our discounts and pushed 2 code changes to help us out within 24hrs! I would highly recommend for any complex cart or discount needs.

Amazing app, great support team. I was trying to do something a little difficult and had installed 8 other apps to try to solve my use case without any luck (specifically, trying to set a discount that is automatically applied for any items in a specific collection, if and only if a specific product was in the customer's cart). This is the only app that was able to solve this, and Lesle jumped on a video call with me to help me solve it as quickly as possible. The interface may seem unintuitive, but the capabilities are unmatched.

I had an excellent experience with this app. I needed to create a very complex offer on my Shopify store, and the app handled it perfectly. The flexibility of this app is very impressive and highly adaptable. We have a somewhat complicated pricing scheme that I had some trouble implementing Lesle was extremely helpful and continues to be when it comes to edge cases that slip through. Great team. Great app

I had been desperately searching for a POS app that would let me bundle products while keeping manual input to a minimum. After countless failed attempts, I settled for a basic, overly complex, and frustrating setup with several flaws. Just as I was losing hope, I discovered Dollar Labs the only app that came 95% close to exactly what I needed. I was initially hesitant, as other apps had been unhelpful, but then Abel stepped in with incredible urgency, treating my “small” request as a top-priority project. He guided me through the process step-by-step, providing clear tutorials with pictures and videos, and the whole experience was unbelievably fast and efficient. In less than two weeks, everything was up and running perfectly. The most surprising part? This outstanding level of service came from a small team yet their professionalism and efficiency rival (and even surpass) many large companies. Very versatile app with the ability to create pretty much any discount you can think of. We searched for an app that could do different discounts with a single CODE and found this one. Developers are very fast and responsive. I think this will work great for us!

We've used both apps by Dollarlabs in both of our stores and couldn't be more pleased. The app developers are top-notch (especially Abel) and they have been so helpful anytime we run into an issue or are confused about something. I have yet to find another app that offers this level of customizability and even less so at such an affordable price. You won't be disappointed with this app.

This app is a total game changer. We previously used a more expensive solution that was riddled with issues and didn't integrate well with other apps, severely limiting our growth. Dollarlabs: Ultimate Discounts has completely turned things around for us. It enables us to implement complex pricing rules while still working seamlessly with our subscription and rewards apps. Since switching, the app has performed flawlessly. But what truly sets Dollarlabs apart is their outstanding support. The migration process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their incredibly helpful team. Their responses are always prompt, clear, and solution-oriented. Calling them "helpful" doesn’t do them justice—they’ve been exceptional every step of the way.

We've been using DollarLabs at Beckett Simonon and it's been an absolute game changer for our discount strategy. What I love the most is how flexible and powerful it is — we can create discounts based on virtually anything: tags, attributes, custom conditions, and more. It's highly customizable, making it easy to tailor promotions exactly to our business needs. The support team is also fantastic. Ultimate Discounts is everything we've needed that shopify couldn't provide out of the box for our discounts. The solution is very robust and the teams support is second to none. They understood exactly what we needed and got out of their way to make sure we achieved it. Truly outstanding customer service and the flat pricing of their tool is a great model compared to tiers. Looking forward to using Ultimate Discounts and the new features in the works.

This app is trying to do too many things at once, which makes it overly complicated to use. It feels like sitting in a plane’s cockpit—there are buttons everywhere, the language is too technical, and there’s a serious lack of clear explanations. It's really frustrating

Our goal has always been to offer powerful features for advanced discounting while still being user-friendly, and we’re actively working to improve clarity and guidance within the app. That said, we’d like to clarify a few things: We offer free onboarding support and consulting calls, but unfortunately, we never received a request or response from you - neither via the in-app support nor through our official email. It appears the app was used for less than 20 minutes during the generous 14-day free trial, which makes it difficult to evaluate its full potential. To show our commitment, we even extended the trial period, but again, we didn’t hear back. We’re always here to help, and had we connected, we would’ve gladly walked you through everything step-by-step. If you're open to giving it another shot, we’d love to set up a 1:1 session and simplify things for you. Thanks again, and we hope to turn this experience around.

I spent six months looking for an app that could set different percentage discounts for first-time and returning customers — and finally found it! Dollarlabs: Ultimate Discounts is exactly what I needed. Huge thanks to the support team, especially Abel — he responds quickly, helps with everything, and even created a custom feature for fractional percentage discounts just for me. On top of that, he built a personalized bonus system based on my needs — that says a lot about their service and dedication. If you’re looking for a flexible discount system, this is the app to go with. And if anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to contact support — they’re incredibly helpful!

I have so many great things to say about Dollarlabs, but I'll start by saying thank you to their amazing support team! They have simplified the way we manage our discounts and have been so attentive to our needs every step of the way. I 100% recommend this app if you're in need of a discounts app that doesn't require the use of draft orders!
