je viens de l'installer et payer mais je me rends compte que la plupart des options ne sont pas compatibles avec mon abonnement (bien sûr il faut payer la formule la plus chère) d'autre part l'insertion de cashback pour mes clients existants est contre intuitive, elle a adresse par défaut un mail très impersonnel et pas du tout formaté à 1500 de mes clients avant que je m'en rende compte. Pour l'instant ce n'est pas une bonne expérience. En plus aujourd'hui je reçois un mail de leur part pour me dire que leur appli ne fonctionne plus actuellement.

Dollarback was very easy to set up, and our customers understand store credit much better than points, so we’re already seeing more repeat purchases and reviews. Even though I’m still on the free tier, Lesle always goes above and beyond whenever I need help, which really gives me confidence in using this app long term.
