Dollarback: Loyalty & Rewards
The Dollarback app has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from users. Customers praise the app for its functionality, ease of setup, and customizable cash back program. The support team is highlighted for being prompt, professional, and helpful, with quick responses to inquiries and efficient problem resolution. Users appreciate the seamless integration with their Shopify store and the ability to incentivize repeat purchases through store credit. However, there was one negative review mentioning compatibility issues with certain subscription plans and a confusing cashback insertion process that led to impersonal emails being sent to customers. Overall, Dollarback is highly recommended for its features, support, and user-friendly interface.
