Dollarback: Loyalty & Rewards

Amazing team! Their customer support is next level. I love the app, and it helps incentivize customers to make more purchases. The best part is that it blends seamlessly with our store.

Incredible. 10 stars. We came from another big popular points app and right when I saw Dollarback on the Shopify app store, I knew it was a winner for our store. It has all the features I was looking for. The creator is an awesome person really trying to help businesses. I literally compared all apps for hours and did sales calls etc... all the processes and then I saw the Dollarback app and knew immediately this is what our store needs and our customers love it and its so simple and easy. If you see this review, download it see for yourself. This app is ahead of the game.

Using Dollarback has been great for us. We normally have a fall off of repeat order after 90 days. Now we have a way of enticing those clients back. Definately seen an increase in sales due to Dollarback. The customer service is amazing and definately better than I anticipated. Highly recommend!!

Offers flexible support with a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interface.

Muy buena app de cashback. Funciona perfecto!!!. El equipo de soporte es excelente: siempre atentos, muy receptivos a nuestras sugerencias de mejora y con una atención rápida y cercana. Da gusto trabajar con ellos. ¡Totalmente recomendados!

Dollarback is the definitive tool any store needs for happy returning customers: allowing a financially controllable amount of credit. Simple and effective implementation provide endless possibilities. Either can be done with all purchases, different cash back for different collections, products, customers… you can imagine the freedom it can provide in terms of helping liquidation and driving customers back for loyalty. Klaviyo and flow integration is a big plus. The tool is improving everyday with more options and the support is probably the best support and communication system I’ve received in Shopify. This app is 5 stars! It will sky rocket into Shopify top ranking! Undoubtedly!
