We struggled quite a bit having two stores with different numbers, with their inboxes actually merging into one but we found a workaround. Their support team is quite active and responds quickly and they have a good attitude. They also listen to suggestions and look into implementing them. We are yet to actually use more of the features, for now we are just replying to WhatsApps but will soon use the campaign and automation features! :) Thanks Dondy!
