Loysie review for Dondy: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat

Since I started using this app, my WA Business account has been repeatedly restricted for alleged automated, bulk, or spam messaging. Almost every day, my account gets blocked for 6–7 hours, during which I can't send or receive any messages. This has caused serious disruption to my business. I spoke with a friend who used Dondy, and he told me that his Fb Ads account was eventually banned after using their service. I requested a refund of the credit I had added to my balance, but they refused. This has been my personal experience. I recommend being very cautious before using this service.
