אלון ליווה אותי בהתקנת אפליקציית DONDY CHAT. הסביר בסבלנות על כל הפרמטרים, נתן שירות מהלב והיה קשוב לשאלות גם כשנתקלנו בבעיות, היה לו חשוב מאוד לפתור את כולן כדי שאקבל שירות כמה שיותר מקצועי ואכפתי

It's really helpful for confirmation in COD process. It's usefull for those who plays in different market without knowledge of local languages. It really automates the confirmation process and the customer support through their AI chatbot.

Dondy works perfectly for our shop and provides exactly the functionality we need. I'd like to emphasize that the support is exceptionally good, genuinely friendly, and helpful.
