Review (English) We’ve been using this app for about a year and a half, primarily in Spanish, and it has easily become one of the most important tools in our Shopify stack. We sell in Mexico, where WhatsApp is the dominant communication channel, not SMS. Because of that, this app fits our business perfectly. If you’re judging this app and your business relies on WhatsApp (especially in LATAM), that context really matters. Out of all the apps we use, this is by far one of the best in terms of ROI. We use plenty of apps where you might spend $100/month to make $1,000 back — this one goes beyond that. If you actually take the time to learn it, there are many powerful use cases and workflows you can build that go well beyond what’s initially explained. We’ve discovered strategies on our own that turned this into one of our most effective marketing and remarketing tools. If you’re running Facebook ads (or any ads), combined with email and WhatsApp, this app becomes incredibly powerful. From remarketing, to re-engaging old customers you haven’t heard from in a year, to automation and customer recovery — it covers a huge part of the customer lifecycle. Yes, it takes some effort at the beginning to set everything up properly, but once you do, this tool can completely level up your marketing. The only drawback we’ve found is that the abandoned cart history only goes back about 45 days. It would be great if that were extended to 90 days, which would make it even stronger. Other than that, this is a solid 5-star app. We currently use the Power Automation plan (~$80/month), and it has been well worth it. Highly recommended — just be ready to learn how to really use it. Si alguien está evaluando esta app, es importante entender que está pensada para WhatsApp, especialmente en mercados como LATAM. De todas las apps que usamos, esta es de las mejores en costo-beneficio. Tenemos apps donde gastas $100 USD al mes y recuperas $1,000 en ventas, pero esta va incluso más allá. Si realmente te tomas el tiempo de aprenderla, hay muchísimas cosas que puedes hacer, incluso más de lo que ellos explican. Nosotros mismos descubrimos flujos y estrategias que la convirtieron en una de nuestras herramientas de marketing más efectivas. Si estás corriendo anuncios en Facebook u otras plataformas, y los combinas con email y WhatsApp, esta app se vuelve muy poderosa. Sirve para remarketing, para reactivar clientes antiguos que no compran desde hace meses o incluso un año, y para automatizar gran parte del seguimiento al cliente. Sí requiere algo de trabajo al inicio para configurarla bien, pero una vez lista, realmente eleva tu operación de marketing. El único punto a mejorar es que la función de carrito abandonado solo retrocede unos 45 días. Sería ideal que llegara a 90 días, lo cual la haría todavía mejor. Fuera de eso, es una app totalmente de 5 estrellas. Nosotros usamos el plan Power Automation (aprox. $80 USD al mes) y vale completamente la pena. Muy recomendada — solo hay que aprender a sacarle todo el provecho.

Had to switch to the elite plan to do everything i wanted but very happy with the result's . Alon on Support has been very helpful getting this all set up and running correctly .

Amazing app. The video feature is a game changer for WhatsApp marketing, but what really sets Dondy apart is the customer service. Alon was incredible—whenever I needed help, he could jump on a call within seconds. Highly recommended!

Excelente app... lo mejor es que van creando otras herramientas alrededor del Whatsapp Marketing. Por mejorar: comunicar vía whatsapp las mejoras o funcionalidades que van desarrollado.

This is the best chat app by far! The intergration on my Online store to Whatsapp makes it so convenient and seamless to use. Would absolutely recommend this app.

I had a great experience with Dondy. At one point, I decided to stop the service, and they completely refunded me without any hassle, which really shows their professionalism and integrity. Their support team is very responsive and helped me with everything I needed to get started. The onboarding was smooth and well guided. I would definitely work with them again once my sales volume increases. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive partner.
