Great service from Diana Sanchez for the integration of Doofinder to our webstore. We now have to use all the AI features od Doofinder and make sure we get the full potential of this app to increase our sales. Diana was kind enough to go trough the features of Doofinder with us... for at least an hour and more. Which was perfect considering the easy process with the tools of Doofinder.

I am usually skeptical but the support I received from Rocco and the capability of this app has made me a believer. I highly recommend this app. At least try the free trial. You can't lose.

The customer service for this app was awesome! Qasim was very helpful on how to maneuver through the app and answered any questions or concerns professionally. I highly recommend giving this app a try. It definitely gives you a new perspective on making online shopping easier to find products you are looking for and helps businesses navigate through the times of online shopping. El buscador tiene muchas opciones para impulsar los productos, maneja estadísticas muy útiles para conocer qué es lo que el usuario está buscando y qué es lo que no ha podido encontrar, entre sus configuraciones se pueden crear reglas para brindar opciones a los usuarios y otras funciones avanzadas de forma fácil. La asesoría y seguimiento es buenísimo, en mi caso mi contacto es Johanna y su servicio es espectacular, resuelve mis dudas y me maneja opciones, en conclusión me parece un producto bastante eficiente, fácil, accesible y que ofrece muchas opciones para crear estrategias para tu tienda.

Very good Search Bar app. Looks good, functions well, is responsive, gives good search results, has good interaction, and gives good backend info on search results and trends and such. Nicole S was very helpful in the setup, and handled basically everything for us. Overall this is a very good upgrade over the default Shopify search bar

Doofinder has really enhanced the Search function for our customers on our website without changing the aesthetics of our site.
